1. The whole thing is scored exactly the same as the main league competition, but using 5 of the remaining players not selected for your starting XI
2. Your formation can be made up from any 5 players in any position.
3. You can obviously play your strongest 5 players in this cup and take a hit in the league.
4. Any manager who fails to select a 5s team will automatically be marked dne (did not enter)
5. In the Qualifying Round all teams will play 5 seeded head to head matches.
6. As of the week before the first round, the top half of the league will be drawn against the bottom half of the league for 3 matches, and for the other 2 matches the top half will play against other top half teams, the bottom half against bottom half teams.
7. The Qualifying Rounds will be scored 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw.
8. After the Qualifying Round of matches, the top 8 teams will progress.
9. In the event of a teams being level on points, the highest total accumulated scores will progress.
10. The top 8 teams from the Qualifying Round will go into the draw for the 2 legged knockout rounds.
11. In the Knockout Stages, in the event of a tie, goals will decide the tie, then clean sheets, then assists.
12. The Final is one leg only, unless there is a draw, then a replay will be played.
13. Players cannot be cup tied in the 5 ASide Cup
14. The eventual winners will scoop a prize of £25
