The draw for the 13th SFP 5ASide Cup has taken place, using a random tie generator.

This season there are no Pool5s make-weights, but instead the 1st round is made up of 7 head to head ties. The 7 winners will progress, along with the highest scoring loser.

New player auctions are set to begin, and manager Walters is launching a new auctioning system to trial.

It's by no means the finished article, and I'm sure there will be teething problems, but please lets all give it a go. If you have any issues with it, just let the Chairman know, or Walters on the WhatsApp chat.

Manager Walters will be in touch with some instructions, but usual rules apply. You can only bid with money you have, and can only be involved in one player at a time. You must leave one player before bidding on another.

Despite the fixture disruption, Spartak were able to hit over 300 points during the festive period to establish themselves a decent lead at the top of the SFP.

Also having a good month was manager Baynes Snr., who has slowly been climbing the table with Lukaku and Cavani out for the last few weeks. With the two forwards now back, Perdoc can now utilise their forward power to its full potential.

At the other end of the table, manager Pritch Snr. had a wretched December and now occupys the bottom spot.
